These Terms are a contract between you and Magic 24×7 Happiness OPC Pvt. Ltd.. By using icookmagic.com or placing an order, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are

2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you may use iCookMagic only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the order.
3. Your account
Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it current — a wrong address is the most common reason an order fails. Tell us promptly at hello@icookmagic.com if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.
4. Orders, prices and payment
- Product listings are an invitation to offer, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract forms only when we confirm dispatch.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and [inclusive OR exclusive — state which] of GST. Applicable taxes and any delivery charge are shown before you pay.
- We may decline or cancel an order — including for a manifest pricing or description error, suspected fraud, stock failure, or an address we cannot serve. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.
- Prices and offers can change without notice, but never for an order we have already confirmed.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines, areas and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Timelines are estimates in good faith, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather, courier delays and events outside our control.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Because we sell food, the rules are specific. They are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Food safety and allergens
Please read this if you have a food allergy. Our products are spice blends and food kits. Ingredient and allergen information is printed on each pack and shown on the product page — always read the pack before you cook or eat, as formulations can change.
Our products are prepared in a facility that also handles [list cross-contact allergens actually present in your facility — e.g. mustard, sesame, nuts, milk, gluten]. We cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contact. If you have a severe allergy, please do not rely on the website alone.
Store as directed on the pack and use before the "best before" date.
8. Nutrition and health information — what it is, and what it is not
iCookMagic publishes nutrition and ingredient information derived from public reference databases, principally the Indian Food Composition Tables (IFCT) and the USDA/USFDA food composition data, together with our own formulations.
These values are typical reference figures, not a laboratory analysis of the pack in your hand. Actual values vary with agricultural batch, season, moisture, your own portioning and your cooking method. Where a nutrient is not present in our sources, we leave it blank rather than estimate it.
This information is educational. It is not medical, nutritional or dietetic advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Nothing on iCookMagic is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are managing a condition such as diabetes, hypertension or kidney disease, are on medication, or have any health concern — consult your doctor or a registered dietitian before changing what you eat.
The Meal Planner produces estimates. It applies the Mifflin–St Jeor equation and published USFDA Dietary Reference Intakes to the figures you type in. It is a general guide for healthy adults. It is not a clinical prescription, it does not know your medical history, and it must not be used to manage a medical condition or to feed a child, an athlete in training, or anyone with an eating disorder without professional supervision.
9. Reviews and anything else you post
Post your own honest experience. Do not post anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, infringing, misleading, or that impersonates another person — and do not post health claims about our products that we have not made ourselves. We may remove content that breaches this, and we may verify that a reviewer actually bought the product.
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce and adapt it in connection with iCookMagic and its promotion. You confirm you have the right to grant that licence.
10. Our intellectual property
The iCookMagic name and logo, the site, its design, text, photography, recipes, formulations and databases are owned by Magic 24×7 Happiness OPC Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international law. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial cooking. You may not scrape, mine, republish, or use our recipe or ingredient data to build a competing product or to train a machine-learning model, without our written permission.
11. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, use automated means to extract data, or use iCookMagic for anything unlawful.
12. Third-party links
The site links to third parties — for instance to buy the book from a retailer. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their goods, or their privacy practices.
13. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which these Terms do not affect.
Subject to that: we provide the site and its information "as is"; we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free; and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
15. Events outside our control
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including natural disaster, epidemic, strike, civil unrest, failure of utilities or carriers, or government action.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, save that this does not deprive you of the right to approach a consumer forum where you reside, as the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 permits.

18. General
If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest stands. Our not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. We may update these Terms; the date above shows when. These Terms, with the policies they link to, are the entire agreement between us.
