1. Partner types
There are two partner types: Fulfilment Partner and Creator Partner. There is only one partner of each type for each pincode.
2. Product advances
Every payment you make under this agreement is a product advance: an advance payment for icookmagic products you are buying. None of it is a registration charge, joining fee, membership fee or any other fee. Each payment is credited in full towards products supplied to you.
Fulfilment Partner: product advances totalling Rs 1,00,000, paid in stages:
(a) Rs 501;
(b) Rs 9,499;
(c) Rs 60,000, by 30 November 2026, 23:59 IST;
(d) Rs 30,000, through a Razorpay payment link, before handover of the stock.
In return you receive about 1,000 kits, with a retail value of about Rs 1,20,000.
Creator Partner: product advances totalling Rs 5,000, paid in stages of Rs 501, Rs 2,999 and Rs 1,500. In return you receive about 50 kits.
All payments are made through Razorpay.
3. If you do not get a seat
If you pay the Rs 501 product advance but are not given a partner seat (for example because the seat for your pincode is already taken), we will refund the Rs 501 in full.
4. Purchase of goods only
Your payments are a purchase of goods. They are not an investment, a deposit, a loan, a franchise fee or a payment for the right to recruit others. We do not promise or guarantee any earnings, income or return of any kind.
5. No recruitment rewards
You will not receive any commission, bonus, discount, payment or reward of any kind for introducing, referring or recruiting other partners. Any benefit you receive under this agreement comes only from the sale or delivery of products.
6. Ownership and resale
Ownership of the products passes to you on delivery. You may resell the products at a price you decide.
7. Delivering icookmagic orders
We may ask you to deliver customer orders placed on icookmagic.com in your pincode, using your stock. For each such order you deliver, once the customer confirms delivery with their OTP:
(a) we give you a replacement kit for each kit you used;
(b) you receive a benefit of 20% of the order value, calculated on the price excluding GST, given as a discount on your next stock purchase from us. If the order came through another partner's creator code, your benefit is 15% and that partner receives 5%, also as a discount on their next stock purchase; and
(c) the delivery charge the customer paid for that order is passed to you, to cover your delivery cost.
Creator codes earn only on orders from end customers, never on purchases by partners.
8. Your registrations and details
Before you receive stock, you must hold your own valid FSSAI registration or licence and give us your PAN, bank account details and address. You must keep these up to date.
9. Seller of record, invoicing and tax
10. Cooling-off period
You may cancel this agreement within 30 days of accepting it, for any reason, by telling us in writing (email is enough). We will refund all amounts you have paid, less the value of any products you have already received.
11. Buy-back
From six months after delivery of your opening stock, you may ask us to buy back your unsold kits from the opening stock batch dated 16 December 2026, provided they are saleable, unexpired and in their original sealed packaging. We will pay 100% of the price you paid for those kits (the product advance divided by the number of kits supplied, excluding the extra value included in your stock), within 30 days of receiving them. Kits from later stock purchases are not covered by this buy-back.
The buy-back is reduced by the total value of icookmagic orders we have given you to deliver (counted at the price excluding GST) up to the date of your request. If that total equals or exceeds the amount you paid for your opening stock, no buy-back is available. Otherwise, the most we will pay is the amount you paid for your opening stock less that total.
12. Expired stock
We do not buy back kits that expire after they are delivered to you. If kits are delivered to you with less than 75% of their shelf life remaining, we will replace them.
