Wash and soak the Dal mix for 10-15 minutes (optional but recommended)
In a pressure cooker, add the soaked Dal Mix with the spinach, mint leaves, methi leaves, water, and the Magic Mixx.
Pressure cook for 3-4 whistles, or until the mixture is fully cooked and soft. Let the pressure release naturally.
Hand blend the contents to form a smooth and consistent mixture
In a small fry pan add the ghee and chopped coriander, to make a flavourful tadka
Drizzle the tadka over the dhansak and stir well
Serve hot in an attractive bowl
Optional : Make and add your own creative tadka with lots of love
Tip: Adjust consistency to your liking by adding hot water.
👩🍳 Chef's tip: Serve the Dhansak hot, accompanied by a side of pav or bread balance the flavors. For an extra touch of indulgence, drizzle a little ghee on top before serving.
