“When we cook fresh, we engage with food on a deeper level.”

Some dishes don't just feed you — they remind you of someone. Dry Veg (our Mixed Veg with Dry Veg Magic) is one of them. And if you're someone who's forced to cook but loves to eat, it's as easy as 2-minute noodles.

💭 Does this remind you of something? A kitchen, a person, a rainy evening, a first bite. Tell us your memory — we read every one.

Turns out, families across India have trusted Dry Veg the same way for generations. Most people never stop to ask why it works. They just make it before they’ve decided anything else, and reach for it again after a long day. Then they make it again the next week, without thinking twice. It comes together from 9 real ingredients, and the truth is it’s real comfort, plate after plate. It’s also a genuinely stunning bit of chemistry — supporting digestion and nourishing an ordinary meal. You can try it this weekend instead of ordering in. Tag us when you do — we repost our favourites every week.

You'll need: 1 pack of Dry Veg · 100g or 1 small potato, diced evenly | 50g peas | 60g cauliflower, chopped | 70g or 1 small onion, chopped | 75g or 1 medium size tomato, chopped | 2g or 1/2 spoon of garlic, minced | 15g or 2 spoons of Ghee/Oil | 20g or 2 spoons chopped coriander | 400ml water.

  1. In a pan, add ghee and heat for a minute.
  2. Add onions and garlic to the pan and saute for 3 minutes or till golder brown.
  3. Add 9g of the Magic Mixx masala and tomatoes and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the water and vegetables and cook on a high flame, with a lid on, for another 15 minutes or till the vegetables are cooked properly.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander.
  6. Tip: Adjust consistency to your liking by adding hot water.

👩‍🍳 Chef's tip: Serve the mixed veg fresh with warm naan or paratha. For an extra touch of indulgence, drizzle a little ghee on top before serving and garnish with toasted cashews for a rich, crunchy finish.
