“Affection was not just felt; it was tasted.”

Some dishes don't just feed you — they remind you of someone. Butter Paneer (our Magic Butter Paneer) is one of them. And if you're someone who's forced to cook but loves to eat, it's as easy as 2-minute noodles.

💭 Does this remind you of something? A kitchen, a person, a rainy evening, a first bite. Tell us your memory — we read every one.

Turns out, families across India have trusted Butter Paneer the same way for generations. Most people never stop to ask why it works. They just make it before they’ve decided anything else, and reach for it again after a long day. Then they make it again the next week, without thinking twice. It comes together from 6 real ingredients, and the truth is it’s real comfort, plate after plate. It’s also a genuinely stunning bit of chemistry — supporting digestion and nourishing an ordinary meal. You can try it this weekend instead of ordering in. Tag us when you do — we repost our favourites every week.

You'll need: 1 pack of Butter Paneer · 125g Paneer | 15g or 2 spoons Butter | 7g or 1 spoon Ghee | 20g or 2 spoons Chopped Choriander | 100g of store bought Tomato Puree | 125g Full Fat Cream.

  1. In a pan, melt and heat the butter.
  2. Once the butter is hot, add the tomato puree and full fat cream and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add 10g of the Magic Mixx masala to this mixture and cook for another 7-10 minutes till the gravy turns aromatic.
  4. Add the paneer cubes and give it a stir.
  5. In a small pan, heat the ghee and chopped coriander to make a flavorful tadka and add it to the butter paneer.
  6. Serve hot in a beautiful bowl.
  7. Optional: Add your own creative tadka with extra love and flavor!
  8. Tip: Adjust consistency to your liking by adding hot water.

👩‍🍳 Chef's tip: Serve the butter paneer fresh with warm naan or paratha. For an extra touch of indulgence, drizzle a little ghee on top before serving and garnish with toasted cashews for a rich, crunchy finish.
