Bharma — as easy as 2-minute noodles

“The first place to listen is food.”

Some dishes don't just feed you — they remind you of someone. Bharma (our Bharma Mirchi with Barma Magic) is one of them. And if you're someone who's forced to cook but loves to eat, it's as easy as 2-minute noodles.

💭 Does this remind you of something? A kitchen, a person, a rainy evening, a first bite. Tell us your memory — we read every one.

Happy food is healthy food

We don't split the two. The taste and the goodness are the same thing. You are what you eat.

Make it — as easy as 2-minute noodles

⏱ 45 min  ·  🍽 serves 2  ·  🧑‍🍳 Happy to Cook (Intermediate)

You'll need: 1 pack of Bharma · 70g or 2 Bharma Mirchi | 25g store bought Tomato Pure | 10g or 1 spoon of Ghee | 20g or 2 spoons Chopped Coriander

  1. Wash and dry the mirchi on a clean cloth
  2. Slit the sides of the mirchi deep but not deep enough to cut through the mirchi
  3. In a pan, add 1 spoon of ghee and the tomato puree and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add 50g of the Magic Mixx masala and saute for 3-4 minutes. Once done, keep aside to cool
  5. Fill the masala evenly inside the slit mirchis
  6. In a pan add 2 spoons and ghee and cook the mirchi for 10-15 minutes or until soft
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve in a bowl

👩‍🍳 Chef's tip: Serve the bharma mirchi with hot parathas and a side of salad.
