Tandoori Tikka — as easy as 2-minute noodles

“When we cook fresh, we engage with food on a deeper level.”

Some dishes don't just feed you — they remind you of someone. Tandoori Tikka (our Paneer Tikka with Tandoori Tikka Magic) is one of them. And if you're someone who's forced to cook but loves to eat, it's as easy as 2-minute noodles.

💭 Does this remind you of something? A kitchen, a person, a rainy evening, a first bite. Tell us your memory — we read every one.

  1. Dice the paneer into even cubes
  2. In a pan, spread out the ghee evenly and heat
  3. Add the paneer cubes and pan fry till brown
  4. Add 1 pouch of the Magic Mix masala and coat all the paneer cubes evenly
  5. Cook till the paneer has a nice golden brown char
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander

👩‍🍳 Chef's tip: Serve hot tandoori tikka with picked onions and a spicy green chutney at your next party.
