Make it — as easy as 2-minute noodles

⏱ 30 min  ·  🍽 serves 2  ·  🧑‍🍳 Happy to Cook (Intermediate)

You'll need: 1 pack of Raseele Aloo · 180-200g or 10-12 baby potatoes | 15g or 2 spoons Butter | 7g or 1 spoon Ghee | 20g or 2 spoons Chopped Choriander | 100g of store bought Tomato Puree | 125g Full Fat Cream

  1. Boil the baby potatoes till it's cooked (but firm) and keep aside
  2. In a pan, melt and heat the butter
  3. Once the butter is hot, add the tomato puree and full fat cream and cook for 3-4 minutes
  4. Add i pouch of the Magic Mixx masala to this mixture and cook for another 7-10 minutes till the gravy turns aromatic
  5. Add the boiled potatoes and give it a stir
  6. In a small pan, heat the ghee and chopped coriander to make a flavorful tadka and add it to the dum aloo
  7. Serve hot in a beautiful bowl.
  8. Optional: Add your own creative tadka with extra love and flavor!
  9. Tip: Adjust consistency to your liking by adding hot water

👩‍🍳 Chef's tip: Serve the dum aloo fresh with warm naan or paratha. For an extra touch of indulgence, drizzle a little ghee on top before serving and garnish with toasted cashews for a rich, crunchy finish.
