Some dishes don't just feed you — they remind you of someone. Pav Bhaji (our Magic Pav Bhaji) is one of them. And if you're someone who's forced to cook but loves to eat, it's as easy as 2-minute noodles.

Make it — as easy as 2-minute noodles
You'll need: 1 pack of Pav Bhaji · 150g or 1 medium sized potato, diced evenly | 100g cauliflower, chopped | 30g red capsicum, diced evenly | 30g peas | 150g or 4 tomatoes | 300ml water | 15g or 2 spoons of Ghee | 20g or 2 spoons chopped coriander
- Boil the tomatoes till soft, set aside to cool
- Boil all the vegetables in 300ml of water till the vegetables are cooked and soft
- Once cooled, mash the boiled vegetables in its water and set aside
- Peel the skin off the tomatoes and blend into a smooth puree
- In a pan, heat ghee and the tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes
- Add 15g of the Magic Mixx masala and the boiled vegetables mash and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked properly
- Garnish with chopped coriander
- Tip: Adjust consistency to your liking by adding hot water.
