“When we cook fresh, we engage with food on a deeper level.”
Some dishes don't just feed you — they remind you of someone. Dry Veg (our Mixed Veg with Dry Veg Magic) is one of them. And if you're someone who's forced to cook but loves to eat, it's as easy as 2-minute noodles.
Happy food is healthy food

- In a pan, add ghee and heat for a minute
- Add onions and garlic to the pan and saute for 3 minutes or till golder brown
- Add 9g of the Magic Mixx masala and tomatoes and cook for another minute
- Add the water and vegetables and cook on a high flame, with a lid on, for another 15 minutes or till the vegetables are cooked properly
- Garnish with fresh coriander
- Tip: Adjust consistency to your liking by adding hot water
👩🍳 Chef's tip: Serve the mixed veg fresh with warm naan or paratha. For an extra touch of indulgence, drizzle a little ghee on top before serving and garnish with toasted cashews for a rich, crunchy finish.
