Make it — as easy as 2-minute noodles
You'll need: 1 pack of Yellow Dal Tadka · 300ml Water | 15g or 2 spoons Ghee | 20g or 2 spoons Chopped coriander
- Wash and soak the Dal for 10-15 minutes (optional but recommended)
- In a pressure cooker, add the Dal, Magic Mixx (from the packet), and water
- Pressure cook for 15 minutes or until 3 whistles
- Allow the cooker to cool and open it
- In a small fry pan add the ghee and chopped coriander, to make a flavourful tadka
- Drizzle the tadka over the dal and stir well
- Serve hot in an attractive bowl

- Tip: Adjust consistency to your liking by adding hot water
👩🍳 Chef's tip: Serve the dal hot with steamed rice or jeera rice. Garnish with extra chopped coriander and a squeeze of lemon for a tangy kick. Pair with papad, pickles, roti, or naan for a complete meal.
