❶ Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
❷ Place whole tomatoes on a baking tray and roast them for 20-25 minutes until the skins blister. Let cool, then peel and lightly mash the tomatoes.
❸ Add 1/2 sachet of Tandoori Tikka Magic Mixx to the mashed tomatoes. Stir well and set aside.
❹ In a bowl, mix dahi, oil, and 1/2 sachet of Tandoori Tikka Magic Mixx. Add 125g of paneer cubes and toss to coat. Marinate for 10-15 minutes.
❺ In a pan, heat a little oil and cook the marinated paneer on medium heat until golden and slightly crisp on all sides. Set aside.
❻ Spread a layer of Tandoori Tikka Pizza Sauce over each pizza base. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the sauce.
❼ Distribute the cooked paneer tikka evenly over the cheese on each pizza.
❽ Place the pizzas in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
❾ Serve hot and fresh straight out of the oven!
