❶ Wash and soak the dal for 10-15 minutes (optional but recommended).
❷ In a pressure cooker, add the dal, lauki, tomatoes, 1 pouch of Magic Mixx (from the packet), and water.
❸ Pressure cook for 15 minutes or until 3 whistles.
❹ Allow the cooker to cool and open it.
❺ In a small fry pan, add ghee and chopped coriander to make a flavorful tadka.
❻ Drizzle the tadka over the dal and stir well.
