- Oil-free version — no oil; dry-roast the spices or use a splash of water instead of tempering in oil.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Place whole tomatoes on a baking tray and roast them for 20-25 minutes until the skins blister. Let cool, then peel and lightly mash the tomatoes.
- Add 5g of Tandoori Tikka Magic Mixx and a pinch of salt to the mashed tomatoes. Stir well and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix dahi, oil, and 4g of Tandoori Tikka Magic Mixx. Add the 125g of paneer cubes and toss to coat. Marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- In a pan, heat a little oil and cook the marinated paneer on medium heat until golden and slightly crisp on all sides. Set aside.
- Spread a layer of Tandoori Tikka Pizza Sauce over each pizza base. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the sauce.
- Distribute the cooked paneer tikka evenly over the cheese on each pizza.
- Place the pizzas in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot and fresh straight out of the oven!
