Onion-Garlic version — the full-flavour classic. Add finely chopped onion and garlic to the hot oil and sauté golden before the spices. | Serve the mixed veg fresh with warm naan or paratha. For an extra touch of indulgence, drizzle a little ghee on top before serving and garnish with toasted cashews for a rich, crunchy finish.

- Onion-Garlic version — the full-flavour classic. Add finely chopped onion and garlic to the hot oil and sauté golden before the spices.
- In a pan, add ghee and heat for a minute
- Add onions and garlic to the pan and saute for 3 minutes or till golder brown
- Add 9g of the Magic Mixx masala and tomatoes and cook for another minute
- Add the water and vegetables and cook on a high flame, with a lid on, for another 15 minutes or till the vegetables are cooked properly
- Garnish with fresh coriander
- Tip: Adjust consistency to your liking by adding hot water
