  1. Jain version — no onion, no garlic, and no root/underground vegetables (potato, carrot, radish, beetroot). A pinch of hing (asafoetida) gives depth.
  2. Wash and soak the Dal for 10-15 minutes (optional but recommended)
  3. In a pressure cooker, add the soaked Dal, water, and 12g of the Magic Mixx.
  4. Pressure cook for 3-4 whistles, or until the mixture is fully cooked and soft. Let the pressure release naturally.
  5. Hand blend the contents to form a smooth and consistent mixture
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander and add a drizzle of ghee
  7. Serve hot in an attractive bowl
  8. Tip: Adjust consistency to your liking by adding hot water.
