🍴 Recipe
  1. Oil-free version — no oil; dry-roast the spices or use a splash of water instead of tempering in oil.
  2. Wash the basmati rice thoroughly and soak for 10-15 minutes (optional but recommended)
  3. Add the soaked rice to a pot with the chopped vegetables, fresh water and Magic Mixx
  4. Let the tahiri cook on low heat for 10-12 minutes or until the rice is fully cooked and the water is absorbed.
  5. Once done, fluff the rice gently with a fork and garnish with chopped coriander if desired.
