🍴 Recipe
- Boil the baby potatoes until they are tender but still firm. Drain and let them cool slightly, then cut them in half.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the boiled potatoes and sauté for 5-6 minutes until they’re golden and crispy on the outside.
- Sprinkle the 1 pouch of Dry Veg Magic Mixx over the potatoes. Toss well to coat them evenly with the spices. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add the chopped coriander, tossing gently to combine.
- For an extra tangy kick, squeeze lemon juice over the Aloo Chatpatta before serving, if desired.
