🍴 Recipe
- Boil the soya granules for 3-4 minutes, drain, rinse, and squeeze out excess water.
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat, add onions, and cook until golden brown.
- Add tomatoes and 9g of Spicy Dry Cook Magic Mixx, cooking until tomatoes soften.
- Add soya granules and peas, stirring until the mixture is well combined and dry.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave. Add a layer of shredded lettuce, then the Soya Keema Mutter filling, cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.
- Serve immediately.
