🍴 Recipe
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Boil the soya granules for 3-4 minutes, drain, rinse, and squeeze out excess water.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, add onions, and sauté until golden. Add tomatoes and the entire 9g pouch of Dry Cook Magic Mixx, cooking until tomatoes soften.
  4. Add the boiled soya granules, mashed potatoes, and green peas to the skillet. Stir well to combine and cook until the mixture is dry.
  5. For extra binding, mix in grated cheese if desired, until it melts into the filling.
  6. Cut off the tops of the bell peppers and remove seeds and membranes inside.
  7. Stuff each bell pepper with the prepared Soya Keema Mutter filling, pressing gently.
  8. Place the stuffed bell peppers in a baking dish. Top with additional grated cheese if desired.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes until the peppers are tender.
  10. Serve warm as a main or side dish.
