🍴 Recipe
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Boil the soya granules for 3-4 minutes, drain, rinse, and squeeze out excess water.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, add onions, and sauté until golden. Add tomatoes and the entire 9g pouch of Dry Cook Magic Mixx, cooking until tomatoes soften.
- Add the boiled soya granules, mashed potatoes, and green peas to the skillet. Stir well to combine and cook until the mixture is dry.
- For extra binding, mix in grated cheese if desired, until it melts into the filling.
- Cut off the tops of the bell peppers and remove seeds and membranes inside.
- Stuff each bell pepper with the prepared Soya Keema Mutter filling, pressing gently.
- Place the stuffed bell peppers in a baking dish. Top with additional grated cheese if desired.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes until the peppers are tender.
- Serve warm as a main or side dish.
