🍽 Serving Tips
Serve Soya Keema Mutter in a shallow bowl with roti, dal, chaas or a small salad.

Serve the Soya Keema hot with rotis or paratha. Add a side of cooling salad and raita for a complete meal
🍴 Recipe
- Boil the soya granules in water for 3-4 minutes until soft
- Drain, rinse with cold water, squeeze out excess water, and set aside.
- Heat oil or ghee in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and 9g of Magic Mixx. Cook until the tomatoes soften and the mixture turns dry.
- Add the boiled soya granules and green peas to the skillet
- Stir well to combine and cook for 5-7 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is dry and all flavors are well combined.
- Garnish with fresh coriander if desired, and serve warm.
