🍴 Recipe
  1. Boil the soya granules in water for 3-4 minutes until soft
  2. Drain, rinse with cold water, squeeze out excess water, and set aside.
  3. Heat oil or ghee in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  4. Add the chopped tomatoes and 9g of Magic Mixx. Cook until the tomatoes soften and the mixture turns dry.
  5. Add the boiled soya granules and green peas to the skillet
  6. Stir well to combine and cook for 5-7 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is dry and all flavors are well combined.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander if desired, and serve warm.
