Serve the mix veg fresh with warm naan or paratha. For an extra touch of indulgence, drizzle a little ghee on top before serving and garnish with toasted cashews for a rich, crunchy finish.
🍴 Recipe
- In a pan, add ghee and heat for a minute
- Add the chopped vegetables and cook for 5 minutes
- Add 15g of the Magic Mixx masala and cook for another minute
- Add the water and cook on a high flame with a lid on for another 15 minutes or till the vegetables are cooked properly
- Garnish with fresh coriander
- Tip: Adjust consistency to your liking by adding hot water
