Serve Pav Bhaji in a shallow bowl with roti, dal, chaas or a small salad.

👨‍🍳 Chef's Tips

Serve pav bhaaji hot with butter pav and chopped onions. For an extra touch of indulgence, drizzle a little butter and lemon on top before serving .

🍴 Recipe
  1. Boil the tomatoes till soft, set aside to cool
  2. Boil all the vegetables in 300ml of water till the vegetables are cooked and soft
  3. Once cooled, mash the boiled vegetables in its water and set aside
  4. Peel the skin off the tomatoes and blend into a smooth puree
  5. In a pan, heat ghee and the tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes
  6. Add 15g of the Magic Mixx masala and the boiled vegetables mash and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked properly
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander
  8. Tip: Adjust consistency to your liking by adding hot water.
  9. Butter/Ghee/Oil as per preference.
