- Wash and cut potatoes into wedges. Boil them for about 5 minutes until slightly tender, then drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add the potato wedges and fry until they’re golden and crispy on all sides.
- Sprinkle the Tandoori Tikka Magic Mixx over the wedges and toss to coat evenly. Close the lid and let them sit for 2-3 minutes so the flavors soak in.
- Serve hot
- Optional: For a creamy texture, mix dahi (yogurt) with the Magic Mixx before adding to the wedges. Toss to coat and cook with the lid on for an extra minute.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with lemon wedges.
