🍴 Recipe
  1. Boil, peel, and grind 300g tomatoes into a smooth puree.
  2. Heat a little oil in a pan, add the tomato puree, and cook until it thickens.
  3. Stir in 10g of Butter Paneer Magic Mix, blending it well with the tomato base.
  4. Add 125g fresh cream and stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  5. Add crumbled paneer to the sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes. The mixture should be creamy yet thick enough to use as a filling. Set aside to cool.
  6. In a large bowl, mix whole wheat flour, a pinch of salt, and water gradually to form a soft, pliable dough. Knead for a few minutes, cover, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  7. Divide Dough and Filling: Divide the dough into equal-sized balls. Take a ball, flatten it slightly, and roll it out into a small disc.
  8. Place a spoonful of the Butter Paneer Makhani filling in the center of the disc. Bring the edges together to seal the filling inside, pinching off any excess dough at the top.
  9. Gently roll out the filled dough ball into a paratha, being careful not to let the filling spill out. Aim for a medium thickness.
  10. Preheat a tawa or skillet over medium heat. Place the rolled paratha on the hot tawa.
  11. Cook for 1-2 minutes until you see bubbles forming, then flip. Apply a little ghee or oil on the cooked side and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Flip again, applying ghee on the other side, and cook until both sides are golden brown and crisp.
  12. Serve the Butter Paneer Makhani Stuffed Paratha hot with a side of yogurt, pickle, or raita.
