🍴 Recipe
- Boil, peel, and grind 300g tomatoes into a smooth puree.
- Heat a little oil in a pan, add the tomato puree, and cook until it thickens.
- Stir in 10g of Butter Paneer Magic Mix, blending it well with the tomato base.
- Add 125g fresh cream and stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Add crumbled paneer to the sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes. The mixture should be creamy yet thick enough to use as a filling. Set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, mix whole wheat flour, a pinch of salt, and water gradually to form a soft, pliable dough. Knead for a few minutes, cover, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Divide Dough and Filling: Divide the dough into equal-sized balls. Take a ball, flatten it slightly, and roll it out into a small disc.
- Place a spoonful of the Butter Paneer Makhani filling in the center of the disc. Bring the edges together to seal the filling inside, pinching off any excess dough at the top.
- Gently roll out the filled dough ball into a paratha, being careful not to let the filling spill out. Aim for a medium thickness.
- Preheat a tawa or skillet over medium heat. Place the rolled paratha on the hot tawa.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until you see bubbles forming, then flip. Apply a little ghee or oil on the cooked side and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Flip again, applying ghee on the other side, and cook until both sides are golden brown and crisp.
- Serve the Butter Paneer Makhani Stuffed Paratha hot with a side of yogurt, pickle, or raita.
