🍽 Serving Tips

Serve Butter Paneer in a shallow bowl with roti, dal, chaas or a small salad.

👨‍🍳 Chef's Tips

Serve the butter paneer fresh with warm naan or paratha. For an extra touch of indulgence, drizzle a little ghee on top before serving and garnish with toasted cashews for a rich, crunchy finish.

🍴 Recipe
  1. In a pan, melt and heat the butter
  2. Once the butter is hot, add the tomato puree and full fat cream and cook for 3-4 minutes
  3. Add 10g of the Magic Mixx masala to this mixture and cook for another 7-10 minutes till the gravy turns aromatic
  4. Add the paneer cubes and give it a stir
  5. In a small pan, heat the ghee and chopped coriander to make a flavorful tadka and add it to the butter paneer
  6. Serve hot in a beautiful bowl.
  7. Optional: Add your own creative tadka with extra love and flavor!
  8. Tip: Adjust consistency to your liking by adding hot water
