Serve Paneer Bhurji in a shallow bowl with roti, dal, chaas or a small salad.

Serve the Paneer bhurji fresh with warm naan or paratha. For an extra touch of indulgence, drizzle a little ghee on top before serving.
🍴 Recipe
- In a pan heat ghee and cook chopped onions for 5 minutes, or until brown
- Add the chopped tomato and cook for another 3-4 minutes until softened
- Add 9g of the Magic Mixx and cook the spices for a minutes
- Crumble the paneer and mix well until everything is combined
- Cook the paneer for 2-3 minutes. Do not overcook the paneer, else it will become rubbery
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot
