Serve Lauki Chana Dal in a shallow bowl with roti, dal, chaas or a small salad.

Serve the chana lauki fresh with warm naan or paratha. For an extra touch of indulgence, drizzle a little ghee on top before serving.
🍴 Recipe
- Wash and soak the dal for 10-15 minutes (optional but recommended)
- In a pressure cooker, add the dal, lauki, tomatoes, 18g of Magic Mixx (from the packet), and water
- Pressure cook for 15 minutes or until 3 whistles
- Allow the cooker to cool and open it
- In a small fry pan add the ghee and chopped coriander, to make a flavourful tadka
- Drizzle the tadka over the dal and stir well
- Serve hot in an attractive bowl
- Optional : Make and add your own creative tadka with lots of love
- Tip: Adjust consistency to your liking by adding hot water
