🍽 Serving Tips
Serve Bisibella Bhaat as a complete bowl with curd, salad, papad or pickle on the side.
👨🍳 Chef's Tips
Serve your Bisibella Bhaat hot with a drizzle of ghee for extra richness. Pair it with yogurt, pickle, or papad for a balanced and comforting meal. For added freshness, a squeeze of lemon juice on top can enhance the flavors!
🍴 Recipe
- Wash and soak the bisibella bhaat mix for 10-15 minutes (optional but recommended)
- In a pressure cooker, add the mix, Magic Mixx (from the packet), and water
- Pressure cook for 15 minutes or until 3 whistles
- Allow the cooker to cool and open it
- In a small fry pan add the ghee, add grated ginger, minced garlic and chopped green chillis and sauté for a minute until fragrant
- Add chopped onions and tomatoes and cook until they soften and the ghee starts to separate
- Add this mixture to the cooked bisibella bhaat and stir well
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander in an attractive bowl
