🍴 Recipe
  1. Wash and soak the khichdi mix for 10-15 minutes (optional but recommended)
  2. In a pressure cooker, add the khichdi mix, Magic Mixx (from the packet), and water
  3. Pressure cook for 15 minutes or until 3 whistles
  4. Allow the cooker to cool and open it
  5. In a small fry pan add the ghee, add grated ginger, minced garlic chopped green chillis and sauté for a minute until fragrant
  6. Add chopped onions and tomatoes and cook until they soften and the ghee starts to separate
  7. Add this mixture to the cooked khichdi and stir well
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander in an attractive bowl
  9. Optional: Add your own creative tadka with extra love and flavor!
  10. Tip: Adjust consistency to your liking by adding hot water
