A timeless Parsi treasure, Dhansak blends lentils, vegetables, and aromatic spices into one comforting bowl of perfection. Hearty, wholesome, and rich in heritage — now effortless with our Dhansak Magic Mixx. Sweet, tangy, and deeply flavourful, it feeds both the stomach and the soul.
❶ Soak Dhansak Dal Mix for 30 minutes.
❷ Pressure cook the dal mix with vegetables and water until soft and mushy.
❸ Add Dhansak Magic Mixx and simmer for a few minutes.
❹ Add Pure Ghee and stir till aromatic.
❺ Garnish with Fresh Coriander.
❻ Add your Pyar ka Tadka as per your choice.
