A restaurant favourite that feels even better at home. Dal Fry is rich, smooth, and bursting with flavour — a dish that turns an everyday meal into something special. With our Dal Fry Magic Mixx, you get that perfect golden texture and aroma without effort — just add your Pyar ka Tadka.
❶ Soak Toor Dal and pressure cook with water until soft and creamy.
❷ In a pan, heat Ghee, add the cooked dal, and mix in Dal Fry Magic Mixx.
❸ Simmer for a few minutes to let the flavours blend beautifully.
❹ Add a little hot water if needed for consistency.
❺ Finish with Fresh Coriander and Lemon Juice.
❻ Add your Pyar ka Tadka as per your choice.
