Recipe
❶ Wash and soak the dal for 15-20 minutes.
❷ In a pressure cooker, add soaked dal, chopped onions, garlic, spinach (palak), mint leaves (pudina), fenugreek leaves (methi), potato, Dhansak Magic Mixx, and 300ml water.
❸ Stir well and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles until everything is well cooked.
❹ Allow the pressure to release naturally and blend the cooked mixture until smooth and consistent.
❺ In a separate pan, heat ghee and sauté mixed vegetables and chopped tomatoes until soft.
❻ Add the sautéed vegetables to the blended dal and mix well.
❼ Garnish with freshly chopped coriander.
❽ Serve hot with rice or roti.
Optional: Add a squeeze of lemon for enhanced flavor.
Tip: Adjust the consistency with water as per your preference.
