Recipe
❶ Heat ghee in a pressure cooker and fry finely chopped onions until golden brown.
❷ Add chopped mixed vegetables and sauté for a few minutes.
❸ Add washed and drained grains to the cooker and sauté for a minute.
❹ Add Khichdi Magic Mixx and 300ml water.
❺ Pressure cook for 3-4 whistles or until the grains are soft and fully cooked.
❻ Allow the pressure to release naturally.
❼ Garnish with freshly chopped coriander.
❽ Serve hot in an attractive bowl.
Optional: Add a dollop of ghee on top before serving for enhanced flavor.
Tip: Adjust water quantity for desired consistency.
This recipe goes very well with leafy greens added for more nutrition, especially palak.
