❶ Wash and soak the Toor Dal from the kit for 10-15 minutes (optional but recommended).
❷ In a pressure cooker, add the soaked dal and water, and cook for 3-4 whistles or until fully cooked.
❸ Heat ghee in a pan and sauté chopped onions for 5 minutes until golden.
❹ Add chopped tomatoes to the pan, cook until soft.
❺ Add cauliflower, carrots, beans, and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes.
❻ Add the cooked dal to the vegetables, stir well, and cook for another 10 minutes.
❼ Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot in a beautiful bowl.
Tip: Adjust consistency to your liking by adding hot water.
