Step 1: Wash and soak the Dal mix for 10-15 minutes (optional but recommended)
Step 2: Wash the boneless chicken with vinegar and marinate it with a little salt. Set it aside

Step 7: Drizzle the tadka over the dhansak and stir well
Step 8: Serve hot in an attractive bowl
