👨‍🍳 Method step by step

❶ Wash the basmati rice thoroughly and soak for 10-15 minutes (optional but recommended). ❷ In a pan, heat the ghee. Add the vegetables and sauté for a minute. ❸ Add the soaked rice to the pan and lightly shallow fry the rice and vegetables for 2-3 minutes. ❹ Add 20g of Magic Mixx to the pan and stir well, coating the rice and vegetables evenly. ❺ Pour in 300ml of boiling hot water, cover the pan with a lid, and reduce the heat to low. ❻ Let the biryani steam cook on low heat for 10-12 minutes o
