👨🍳 Method step by step

❶ Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). ❷ Place whole tomatoes on a baking tray and roast them for 20-25 minutes until the skins blister. Let cool, then peel and lightly mash the tomatoes. ❸ Add 1/2 sachet of Tandoori Tikka Magic Mixx to the mashed tomatoes. Stir well and set aside. ❹ In a bowl, mix dahi, oil, and 1/2 sachet of Tandoori Tikka Magic Mixx. Add 125g of paneer cubes and toss to coat. Marinate for 10-15 minutes. ❺ In a pan, heat a little oil and cook the marinated paneer on medium heat
