Recipe
Step 1: In a pan, heat half a tablespoon of oil or ghee over medium heat.
Step 2: Add the cashews and roast them until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Step 3: In the same pan, add the remaining oil. If using, add sliced onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
Step 4: Add bell pepper (optional) and sauté for another minute.
Step 5: Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and sauté for 4-5 minutes until they soften and any released water evaporates.
Step 6: Sprinkle 9 grams of Magic Mixx over the mushrooms and toss everything well to coat.
Step 7: Add the roasted cashews back into the pan and toss everything together for a minute to let the flavors blend.
Step 8: Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
