❶ Wash and soak the Dal for 10-15 minutes (optional but recommended).
❷ In a pressure cooker, add the Dal, Magic Mixx (from the packet), and water.
❸ Pressure cook for 15 minutes or until 3 whistles.
❹ Allow the cooker to cool and open it.
❺ In a small fry pan add the ghee and chopped coriander, to make a flavourful tadka.
❻ Drizzle the tadka over the dal and stir well.
❼ Serve hot in an attractive bowl.
