Eligibility for Returns

Products can be returned only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return request, email us at info@icookmagic.com with your order number, product details, and the reason for return. Once verified, our team will share step-by-step instructions for returning the item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product), we will cover the shipping cost. For all other reasons, customers will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain perishable products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
